Haphazardly, I happened upon the term "gifted readers", just now, and it is grand. Being a gifted reader is not about analysis, of plots, characters or motivations, it is about enjoying a fairy-tale. Letting oneself be swept away, tasting the phrases on the tip of the tongue, letting them linger before digestion, and leaving them for the brain to tuck away in the nooks reserved for such things.
