Some of you know that I am sort of make-up and skincare obsessed. I spend a lot of money on both, but take very bad care of the skin of my remaining body. Unlike the people that run to the spinning classes after Christmas, I've given up on resolutions. But I've decided to do something anyway, I'm just not calling it a resolution. It is a decision. I've only got one shot at this, and I would prefer to keep my skin healthy as long as possible. My nightly routine takes roughly ten minutes, and I do it without thinking. Adding another two, or five, for that matter, won't make much difference. So, body lotion, here I come. And expenses.

Teh internets informed me that the MAC 187 brush is ridiculously remarkable. And it is. I've only yet tried it with Mac's Mineralise Skinfinish. MSF's are usually difficult to apply evenly. With the 187 my skin looks glowing, flawless and natural. I don't think I'll try it with my foundation, but I can't wait to use it with highly pigmented blushes and other highlighters. The SE (part of the brush sets) are not as good quality.

I feel I must write something about Gaza, eventually. First I need to wrap my brain fully around it, and that means some serious newspaper reading. Which fits wonderfully with starting English Civilisation. If I'm in luck, it is SK all over again. Perfect <3. Politics, economics, discussion and writing til my fingers fall off.
