Trist som faen
Jul. 18th, 2006 01:06 pmI am so sick of horse, wolf, dog and other animal RP's. My favourite pass-time has turned into a swamp of 12-year-olds forcebreeding and godmoding! (Look at that, they have me using exclamation marks, for goodness' sake.)
There is no such thing as a decent, interesting, fun RP these days. Why is that such a crisis? Because I long for an obsession. Back in the old days there were PBP RPG's so brilliant in their execution I couldn't sleep for thinking of the next post, or what my character would do if so-and-so did a, b or c. I miss mesmerization, sweeping fantasy, epic quests, disease, relationships and death. I'd settle for a half-decent vampire RPG, just for the heck of playing out my undead cliché - Nirinia. I could do with a bad storyline or a poor layout; but not even something that simple is available. My generation of PBP RPers seem to be getting a life, and leaving the stage for the 12-year-olds and iliterate fools. And, on a side note, a bit of random fun before I go off cleaning (I like the High Priestess, by the by): I Am
