University Experience
Aug. 11th, 2008 06:52 pmI survived my first day at University. (Yes, I want you to applaud.) People were even more terrified than me, so we had brownies with silence. Sprinkled with one-way conversations. I managed to get stuck with a girl on my programme, that was really very nice, but didn't say anything. So, an hour and a half of awkward, one-way conversation – check.
I bought the september issue of the English Vogue today, and it is a treat. Runway shots from the autumn/winter collections, cute articles and loads of haute couture. Vogue and a kiwi makes Alex a very happy girl <3. I can't make it to the alternative fashion show later, but maybe I'll make it to one of the shows at Oslo Fashion Week?
Also, while I'm not interested in dating most of the guys I meet out, I like collecting their attentions. I like that I can choose not to call them back, or refuse to go bowling with them. They're not particularly interesting, but they are flattering. Haha.
