Getting Back to Normal
May. 18th, 2008 01:10 pmI have shampooed, conditioned, treated, used masks, exfoliated, peeled, lathered, rinsed, lotioned and otherwised pampered myself back into something resembling normalcy. Currently wrapped up in a dressing gown, enormous slippers, a white, woolen scarf, a purple-ish headband keeping my hair, which is full of a cocktail of hair masks, back.
Russetiden has been ridiculously fun, dirty and drunken. Decadence, much? (Perhaps too sophisticated a word for it, it is more like organised decay.)
Edit: The new Opera is lovely. Very minimalistic, very modern. I love the use of texture on the roof, and the overall look of it. Sleek, thought-through and modern. It is also much more impressive up close.
