Why do I torture myself so you might wonder, and truthfully, I have no idea. I blame Line, and I blame Inger.
What is this torture? Alan Rickman fan-fics ("such horrors he could not survive"). For purposes unknown, I quote the author of the obscenities: "Disclaimer: I do not own anything in regards to Mr. Alan Rickman. This story is for entertainment purposes only. I have extreme respect and admiration for the man and through my writing is how I pay homage to him." 'Tis awful, 'tis nothing but disrespectful - in the extreme. And I read it!
As stated, I blame Line. She gave me the link, and seeing how I have no willpower when it comes to certain things, I got hooked on "Snowstorm", all 15 chapters of it. Oh yes, that's right, 15 chapters. Line, be prepared, for tomorrow is going to be quoting hell. "“I missed you too.” Gary says, smiling as Alan’s hands come up to encircle him. The two men stand together, simply holding each other before Alan’s mouth comes down to capture Gary’s in a light kiss." Trust me, you won't escape that one, and neither will I for a time.

On the other hand, I'm quite tempted to quote some part of these stories to our eminent english-teacher and ask her, quite plainly, if that is what she wants us to write. Must be good fun.
