Christmassy listy
Nov. 16th, 2005 06:44 pmAh, Krisse just got me into a christmassy-mood. I love this time of year, walking around downtown, window-shopping, with a fragile layer of white covering everything. Serene silence covers everything, and even the people seem happier, more peaceful, more in touch with themselves. Even the rush of last minute shopping seems completely right, it's all part of the holiday season I love.
Finding the perfect gift for someone, without them having to say a thing about it is an amazing feeling. I've got a few plans for a few people, and I'm still chewing on the rest of them. I'm not buying anything for Line, Moe nor Camilla this year (not too certain about Camilla), and that leaves me with Krisse, Lars, Ingis and Mari friend-wise - the latter already knows what I'm getting her, as it was partially her idea - Turner I'm just leaving out, there's no way any of us need any more stuff, if anything we'll get together and eat some more dough. And I don't think I'll end up bying Gulsot or Sophie any presents this year, we've hardly seen each other since last summer.
And then there's brother, mum (I think I know what I'll buy her), dad, uncle & aunt, cousin x2, possibly another pair of aunt & uncle, (grandma & grandpa, lords, I have no idea what to buy them), and there could be some other random familymembers popping up as we go along. I think I'll start making notes, or else I might loose my brilliant plans.
