Guerlain just launched a new foundation,
Parure, and it is so pretty. And goes for 500 ,-, which is fairly steep. Could I, perhaps, buy it as a birthday gift to myself? One does, after all, only turn eighteen once, and I do need a new foundation.
I want their Christmas line of make-up, too, but I can't buy that. I can't, I can't, I can't. (Yes, chanting to myself in writing does work.)

The final installment of Goodkind's "The Sword of Truth" Series is set for release sometime this november, and I felt a stab of desire to read it. I will be buggered if I am going to read the last three novels of that series, the first few were entertaining, but then it all went down-hill. If anyone else has read them, tell me the final books suck as badly, or worse than "Naked Empire" and "Chainfire", please? For my continued peace of mind.
Blast, I now read the first chapter of "Phantom" (to be found<a href="http://www.terrygoodkind.com/chap1_phantom.html>here</a>, if you're interested) and I want to read it. The last few books were awful, but they might have gotten better?
